If you've spent any time around me or talking about crystals, you probably already know I have a soft spot for Tiger's Eye. It's one of my absolute favorite stones, and I even have my own personal collection. Truthfully... I had to pry this tower out of my own hands before deciding to list it! 😄 The incredible golden shimmer, rich earthy colors, and fascinating geology made it impossible to ignore. I finally decided someone else deserved the chance to enjoy this beautiful piece as much as I did.

The Heart of Tiger's Eye: Tiger's Eye is a variety of quartz famous for its silky shimmer, known as chatoyancy, or the "cat's-eye effect." It forms when quartz gradually replaces fibrous crocidolite while preserving the original fiber structure. Iron oxides give the stone its warm golden-brown colors, while the preserved fibers create the moving band of light that seems to glide across the surface as the stone is turned.
